Conferment of powers of Forest Officers. - All the officers and employees of the Board shall be deemed to be Forest Officers within the meaning of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and they shall be competent to exercise the powers of Forest Officers, so far as may be necessary, for the purpose of performing their duties under this Act.
