Power of entry. - The Director or any other person authorised by the Board, may enter into or upon any land with or without assistants or workmen, in order - (a) to make any inspection, survey, measurement, valuation or enquiry; (b) to undertake any works implemented by the Board or proposed to be implemented by the Board; (c) to do any other thing necessary for the purposes of this Act.
