Public servants. - (1) All members, officers and servants of the Board shall be deemed while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provision of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. (2) No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or purported to be done under this Act.
