- S. 3(1) There shall be established a University by the name of the "Swarnim Gujarat Sports University"

- S. 25(1) The Deans shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor Deans
- S. 26(1) The Head Coaches shall be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor from amongst the coaching faculties of the University
