(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Chairman of the Board, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee; (ii) the Vice-Chancellor; (iii) two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee of the Board), to be nominated by the Board; (iv) the Director (Finance); Powers and functions of Academic Council. 22-14 Powers and functions of Finance Committee. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (iii), (v), (vi) and (vii) shall be three years.
