(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be the whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Board on such terms, conditions and remunerations as may be prescribed. (2) It shall be the duty of the Controller of Examinations to hold various examinations of the University and its constituent institutions, if any. (3) The Controller of Examinations shall be the authority to hold examinations and shall ensure that the results are declared in time. (4) The Controller of Examinations shall be the authority to convene the convocation.
