(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Commission passed under this Act may file an appeal to the High Court, on question of law arising out of such decision or order. (2) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (4), no appeal shall be entertained unless it is filed within sixty days from the date of decision or order appealed against. (3) The High Court may admit an appeal after the period of limitation specified in sub-section (2), if the appellant satisfies the High Court that he had sufficient cause for not filing appeal within such period. (4) In computing the period of limitation the provisions of sections 4 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall so far as may be, apply. (5) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, an appeal under this section shall bear a court fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
