Every order passed under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder by the Commission or by any officer appointed by it, shall subject to appeal under section 50, be final and shall not be called in question in any civil court. Explanation.- For the purposes of sections 51 and 52, the civil court means the courts subordinate to the High Court.
