(1) The Board of Management of the University shall consist of the following members, namely;- (i) the Chairman of the Governing Body; (ii) the President; (iii) the Director; (iv) one expert academician to be nominated by the Chairman in consultation with the President; (v) one representative of the profession or industries to be nominated by the Chairman in consultation with the President;
