(1) There shall be a Dean of each Faculty who shall be chosen in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Dean shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for being chosen to that office for a further term of three years. (4) The Dean of each Faculty shall be responsible for due observance of Statutes and Regulations relating to that Faculty. (5) The Dean shall exercise such powers and perform such functions and duties as may be prescribed.
