Appeals to Government from decision of the Board.— (1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Board108[Council] under this Act, except a decision made by the Board109[Council] as an appellate authority. (2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
