Bar to suit and other legal proceedings.— (1) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government in respect of an act done in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Act. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board110[Council] or any member or any officer or servant of the Board111[Council] or ---16--- any person acting under the direction of the Board112[Council] or of the Chairman or of any officer or servant of the Board113[Council] in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder.
