Prohibition of obstructing entry.— No person shall, in any way, obstruct any municipal officer duly authorised in that behalf in making any entry under sections 328, 329 or 330, or any other municipal officer or any other persons accompanying him at his request or acting under his orders for the purpose of such entry.
