Right of entry into and inspection of premises licensed for any purpose.— The Commissioner, or any Corporation officer authorised by him in that behalf, may at any time by day or night and without notice, enter into or upon any place or premises used or intended to be used for any purpose for which any licence or permission is required by or under this Act or any rule or bye-law or any condition of any licence or permission granted or required under this Act or any rule or bye-law made thereunder is being contravened, and whether any nuisance is being created in or upon such place or premises.
