Whoever, in contravention of Section 6, or any rule made under that section, or any condition of a licence granted thereunder, manufactures any manufactured drug, [shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years, with or without fine]. Subs. by Act 52 of 1957, Sec.6, for "shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to two years or with fine or with both".
