Delegation of Powers I- (i) The Secretary of the Commission shall have the powers to exercise the powers similar to the Head of the Departments of the State Government in cases of the Administrative and Financial matters . (ii) The Chairman of the Commission shall entrust the duties and responsibilities of Examination Controller of the Commission to one member among the members and duties and responsibilities of Administrative Branch to another one member among the rest members.
