Powers to Make Rules/Regulations I- (i) The State Government shall have power to make the Rules/ Regulations for implementing the provisions of this Act. (ii) The Commission may make The work Procedure Conduct Rules and Regulations for Conduct of Publication of Advertisements, Conduct of Written Examinations, Publication of results, personality test/Viva-voce Test and other selection procedure, if any other functions, with the prior approval of State Government.
