Accounts and Audit I- (i) Financial year of the Commission shall begins from 1st April of a Calander year and shall end on 31st March of the next Calendar year. (ii) Due recording of all due credit and expenditure shall made by the commission and the Secretary of the Commission shall be particularly responsible of duly maintenance of the accounts of the Commission : (iii) The statutory audit of the accounts of the Commission shall be made by Accountant General of India.
