Savings - Notwithstanding amendment in section 3 of Bihar Act 23, 1976, anything done or any action taken under the said section 3 (1) shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken and shall not be opened to question on the ground of amendment in section 3(1) of Bihar Act 23,1976.
