Clause (j) of sub section (1) of section 3 of Bihar Act 23,1976 shall be substituted by the following renumbering as clause (f) :- "(f) The Bhupendra Narain Mandal University headquarters of which will be at Madhepura and territorial jurisdiction of which will be the whole of the Koshi Division.”
