Amendment in section 3 of Bihar Act 23 of 1976. - Sub section (1) of section 3 of The Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 (Bihar Act 23, 1976) shall be amended as follows:- (1) Clauses (d), (e) and (f) of sub section (1) of section 3 of Bihar Act 23,1976 will be deleted. (2) Clause (g) of sub section (1) of section 3 of Bihar Act 23,1976 shall be renumbered as clause (d) and shall be substituted by the following :- "(d) The Magadh University headquarters of which will be at Bodhgaya (Gaya) and territorial jurisdiction of which will be the whole of the Magadh Division.”
