Constitution of the Board. – (1) The Board shall consist of- (a) Chairman; (b) Vice-Chairman; (c) Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Bihar (ex-officio); (d) Secretary of the Board as Member-Secretary; (e) Two representatives from any two of the State Universities in Bihar, to be nominated by the State Government; (f) One Principal of a Government Teacher Training College, to be nominated by the State Government. 15 ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 30 जुलाई 2019 (g) Two persons from any organization under the State Government who, in the opinion of the State Government, possess expert knowledge of the examination system, to be nominated by the State Government. (2) Subject to the provision of Section 5(4) and 6(4), the term of office of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members, shall be for a period of three years from the date of notification or till further orders, as decided by the Government.
