S. 1Short Title, Extent and Commencement – (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2014
S. 2Adds "disobidience of order of an authority established by law" to grounds for removal of a Panchayat Raj official in Bihar Act 6, 2006.
S. 3Section amends Bihar Act 6, 2006 to include "disobidience of an authority's order" as grounds for removal of a panchayat member.
S. 4Section amends Bihar Act 6, 2006 to include "disobidience of order of an authority established by law" in grounds for removal of a Panchayat Raj official.
