Amendment of Section–70 of the Bihar Act 6, 2006 – In sub-section (5) of Section 70 of the Act, the words "Disobidience of order of an authority established by law or" shall be inserted after the words "or is found to be guilty of misconduct in the discharge of his duties" and before the words "or becomes physically or mentally incapacitated for performing his duties".
