Amendment of Section–18 of the Bihar Act 6, 2006 – In sub-section (5) of Section 18 of the Act, the words "Disobidience of order of an authority established by law or" shall be inserted after the words "or is found to be guilty of misconduct in the discharge 3 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 5 मइ. 2014 of his duties" and before the words "or becomes physically or mentally incapacitated for performing his duties".
