Con troller, etc ., ap pointed un de r th e Act to be public se rvants .—The Controller, Assistant Controller and Inspector appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the India n Penal Code, 1860 (Act XLV of 1860).
