Pro te ct io n o f act ion taken in go od fa ith.—No suit, prosecu tion or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Controller, or any Assistant C ontroller of Weights and Measures or any Inspector or any other person or authority appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or Rules made thereunder.
