(1) Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Director or the Committee as the case may be, under this Act, may prefer an appeal against that decision or order before the Government within thirty days of receipt of such decision or order. (2) The appeal shall be in prescribed form accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against. (3) The Government may call for such records and after hearing the parties shall dispose of the appeal within thirty days of receipt of the same. (4) The decision of the Government in appeal shall be final and binding on the parties. Protection of action taken in good faith.
