(1) No suit, presentation or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance with the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Director or the Committee for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
