In Section 12 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), after clause (v), the following shall be inserted as clause (vi) and clause (vii) and subsequent clauses viz., clauses (vi), (vii), (viii), (ix), (x) , (xi), (xii), (xiii) and (xiv), shall be re-num bered as clauses (viii), (ix), ((x), (xi) , (xii), (xiii), (xiv), (xv) and (xvi) respectively. "(vi) The Director of Public Instruction, Manipur. (vii) The Director of Public Instruction, Arunachal Pradesh.” Amendment of Section 15A of Ass am Act XV'I of 1947.
