In Section 9 uf the principal Act, in sub section (1), the clause (xvii) shall be substituted by the following, namely :— "(xvii) one 4hird of the Principals of Degree Colleges affiliated to .the Uni versity by election from 'among themselves in the manner prescribed • by the Statutes.
