11 © @} m @) The Finance and Accounts Officer: (i) The Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Sponsoring Body in such manner as prescribed by the Statutes. (ii) He/she shall exercise such power as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The Controller of Examinations: {i) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner as prescribed by the Statutes. (i) He/she shall exercise such power as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The university may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for the functioning of the University. The manner of appointment of other officers, if any, and their powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the University. CHAPTER-IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (1) @) 3) (S ) ) The Governing Body; The Board of Management; Academic Council; The Faculty; Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University. All the movable and the immovable properties of the University shall vest in the Goveming Body.
