Registrotion of the trovel ogent/tour operotor or guide: (l) No person sholl corryon the business of o trovel ogenV tour operotor or o guide unless he is registered in occordonce with the provisions of this Ad : Provided thot no person sholl be eligible to be registered os o guide, unless he possesses such quolificotions os moy be prescribed : Provided further thot notwithstonding ony prescribed quolificotion the persons who ore working os guides, on the dote of commencement of this Ad, sholl ipso-focto be registered os guides. (2) Every person intending to oct os o tovel ogenvtour operotor or o guide sholl, before he commences to oct os such, opply for registrotion to the prescribed outhority in the prescribed monner : Provided thot ony person octing os trovel ogent/tour operotor or o guide on the dote of commencement of this Act sholl opply for registrotion within ninety doys from the dote of commencement of this Act. (3) Every opplicotion mode under this Section sholl be disposed of within o period of sixty doys from the dote of receipt of opplicotion.
