Registrotion of the odventure sporls operotor : (1) No person sholl corry on the business of odventure sports unless he is registered in occordonce with the provisions of this Act. (2) Every person intending to operote on odventure sports institute or to oct os on odventure sports operolor sholl, before he commences to od os such, opplyfor registrotion to the prescribed outhority in the prescribed monner. (3) Notwithstonding onything contoined in subsection (2), ony person olreodyocting os on odventure sports operotor sholl opply for registrotion within ninety doys from the dote of commencement of this Act. (4) Everyopplicotion mode undertlris section shollbe disposed of within o period of sixty doys from the dote of receipt of opplicotion.
