Registrotion of the tourism unit : (l) Every person intending to operote o tourism unit sholl, before operoting the tourism unit, opply for registrotion to the prescribed outhority in the prescribed monner : Provided thot ony person olreody operoting o tourism unit on the dote of commencementof thisAct shollopplyfor regiskotion within ninety doys from the dote of commencement of this Act : Provided further thot if ony person, operoting o tourism unit, mokes ony oddition or olterotion in tre lourism unil sholl oppV for fresh registotion within ninety doys ,rom the dote of such odd;tion or olterotion. (2) Every opplicotion mode under sub-section (l) sholl be disposed oI within o period of sixty doys from the dote of receipt of opplicotion. (3) No person sholl operote o tourism unit unless it is registered in occordonce with the provisions of fiis Ad. t0
