(1) Subjecttothe provisions olthisAct andthe rules madethereunder, the Lokayukta may, by notification, make regulalions to carry out the provlslons of this Act. (4 ln particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any ol the following matters, namely:- (a) the conditions of service of the secretary and other officers and staff of the Lokayukta and the matters which in so far as they relate to salaries, allowances, leave or pensions, require the approval of the President under sub-section (4) of section 10; (b) fiE dace ofsitjngs ofberdes ofhe Lokayukh urdersubdause (0 of sLbseclbn(l) of secton 1 7; (c) the manner for displaying on the website ol the Lokayukta, the status of all complaints pending or disposed of along with records and evidence with relerence thereto under sub-section (10) of section 2'1 ; (d) the manner and procedure of conducting an preliminary inquiry or investigation under sub-section (77) of section 20; (e) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, specified under this Act.
