(1) \21 (s) 64 (g) charging or remitting of costs and fees under thisActand fixing of the amount orthe scale of such costs and fees : (h) the manner of exercising the powers of revision by the District Judge under Section 38 ; and (i) any other matler by this Acl required or expressly or impliedly authorized to be prescribed. lf any difficulty arises in giving e{fect to the provisions of this Act, in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the corresponding provisions of the Act, which was in lorce immediately before the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by order in the OlficialGazette, issue such orders or instructions as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difiiculty. lf any dilficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act (otherwise than in relation to the transition from lhe provisions of the Act, which was in force immediately belore the commencement of this Act), the Government may, by order in the Official Gazette, make such orders or instructions, not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difiiculty. Every rule made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislature, while it is in session, for a total period of fourteen days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and if before the expiry ofthe session immediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid, the Slate Legislature agrees in making any modification in the rule or the State Legislature agrees that the rule should not be made, the rule shall therealter have etfect only in such modified lorm or be of no ellect, as the case may be, so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.
