(2) This Act shall apply to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) lt shall come into force on such date as the Government of Arunachal Pradesh may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. (g) the manner oftransmitting the letter of request under sub-section (2) of section 35; {h) theform and the time for preparing in each financial year the budgetforthe nextlinancialyear,showingtheestimated receipts and expenditure of the Lokayukta under section 39; (i) the form for maintaining the accounts and other relevant records and the form ol annual statement of accounts under sub-section (1) of section 41 ; (j) the form and manner and the time for preparing the returns and statements along with particulars under section 42i (k) the form and the time for preparing an annual return giving a summary of its activities during the previous year under sub- section (5) of section 43: (l) the form of annual return to be Iiled by a public servant under sub-section (5) of section 43; (m) the minimum value for which the competent authority may condone or exempt a public servant from furnishing information in respect of assets under the proviso to section 44i and (n) any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed.
