(I) When any person is convicted of a forest offence, all forest produce which is not the property of the [Government]1 and in respect of which such offence has been committed, and all tools, boats carts and cattle used in the commission of such offence, shall be liable, by order of the convicting Court, to Review Appeal Procedure on receipt by Magistrate of report of seizure.
