When the trial of any forest offence is concluded, any forest produce in respect of which such offence has been committed shall if it is the property of the [Government]1 or has been confiscated, b~ taken possession of by a Forest Officer especially empowered in this behalf, and, in any other case, shall be disposed of in such manner as the Court may order
