Dissolution of University : (1) lfthe Sponsorproposes dissolution of the University in accordance with the law governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least 6 (Six) months'notice in writing to the State Government and it shall ensure that no new admissions to the University are accepted during the notice period; (2) On identification of mismanagement, maladministration, in- discipline, lailure in the accomplishment olthe objects ol University and economic hardships in the management systems of University, the $ate Government would issue directions to the management system to the Unive6ity. lf the dkections are not followed within such time as may be prescribed, the right to take decision for wirding up of the University would Vest in the State Government ; 193 (3) The manner of winding up of the University would be such as may be prescribed by the State Government in lhis behalt. Provided that no such action will be initiated without atfording a reasonable opportunity to show cause to the Sponsor; (4) On receipt ol the notice relerred to in sub-section (1), the Sate Governmenl shall in consultation with the regulatory bodies make such arrangements for administration ol the University in such a manner thal, until the last batch of $udenb in regular courses of studies of the University complete their courses ot studies the date ol dissolution of the University proposed by the Sponsor is not effected.
