Expenditure ol the University during dissolution : (1) The expenditure for administration ol the University during the taking over period shall be borne out of its endowment fund, management fund, the general tund or the development fund; (2) lf the funds referred to sub-section (1) are not sufficient to meet the expenditure of the University during the taking over period of ib management, such expenditure may be met by disposing of the Properties or Assets ol lhe University, by the $onsor and Sate Govemmenl;
