Power ol State Governmenl lo call the inlormation and records : (1 ) lt shall be duty of the University or any other authority or officer of the university to furnish such inlormation or records relaling to the administrative or finance and olher affaks ol the university as the Slate Governmenl may call for. (2) lf the State Government, is of the view that there is a violation of the Act or the Statutes or Ordinance made hereunder may issue such directions to the University underthis section as it may deem necessary.
