Application of section 19(3) to notifications under sections 21 and 22 - The provisions of sub-section (3) of section 19 shall apply in relation to a notification issued under section 21 or under section 22, as they apply in relation to a rule made under section 19 with the substitution of references to the "notification" for reference to the "rule".
