Repeal and saving - (1) The Andhra Pradesh Abnus Leaves Act, 1956 and the Andhra Pradesh Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Ordinance, 1970 are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Andhra Pradesh Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Ordinance, 1970 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if this Act had come into force on the 6th October, 1970.
