Power to amend the Schedule - The Government may, subject to the provisions of section 23, from time to time, by notification, add to, or modify the Schedule after considering the necessity in the public interest of regulating the trade of any minor produce and on any such notification being issued, the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
