Making and publication of draft Town Planning Scheme - Within six months from the date of the declaration of intention to make a scheme under the section 36, the Authority shall make a draft town planning scheme of the area in respect of which, the said declaration has been made and publish the notification, along with the draft regulations for carrying out the provisions of the scheme calling for objections or suggestions from the land owners whose lands are included in the draft town planning scheme within thirty days from the date of the publication of the draft town planning scheme.
