Objections to draft Town Planning Scheme to be considered – If any person affected by such Scheme communicates in writing to the Authority, any objections relating to such scheme, the Authority shall consider such objections and may at any time before submitting the draft town planning scheme to the Government as hereinafter provided modify 49 such Scheme as it thinks fit.
