Declaration of intention to make a Town Planning Scheme - (1) Before making any Town Planning Scheme under the provisions of the Act in respect of any area, the Authority may, by resolution, declare its intention to make such a scheme in respect of such area. (2) Within fifteen days from the date of such declaration (hereinafter referred to as the declaration of intention to make a scheme), the Authority shall publish a notification it in the prescribed manner. (3) A copy of the plan shall be kept open at the office of the Authority during the office hours for the inspection of the public. (4) The Town Panning Scheme shall be mandatory and all the land owners shall invariably participate in such Town Planning Scheme on Declaration of Intention to make the Scheme by the Authority.
