(1) An Anchalik Parishad shall keep such accounts and subnilt such statements relating to accounts to the State Government and the Zilla Parishad as may be prescribed. (2) Accounts of receipts and expenditure of every Anchalik Parishad shall be maintained in such forms as may be prescribed. (3) The Chief Executive Officer shall submit quart-At statements, in such form as may be prescribed, of income and expenditure of the Anchalik Parishad to the Zilla Parishad with his comments. (4) The accounts shall be audited as soon as may be after the end of each year by such agency and in such manner as may be prescribed. (5) An Anchalik Parishad shall pay out of the Anchalik Parishad Fund such sum as may be determined by the State Government by way of fees for such audit. PART IV. CHAPTER XIV. Miscellaneous.
